«Sacral space of Eurasia: semiotics, historical and cultural heritage»
In this or that look in front of the scientists of different countries there is a problem of judgment of maintenance and reconstruction historical and cultural meanings reflected in these or those objects and territories recognized sacral, constituting formations of community. The similar task faces also Kazakhstani social science. In the Republic of Kazakhstan the program of modernization of public consciousness is started since 2017. One of the essential moments of its realization is the national project «Sacral Geography of Kazakhstan» which essence consists in «coordinating together a complex of monuments around Ulytau and the mausoleum Ahmet Yassaui, ancient monuments of Taraz and Beket-Ata burial, ancient complexes of East Kazakhstan and sacral places of Semirechye, and many other places in national consciousness. All of them form a framework of our national identity» (N. Nazarbayev. Prospect: modernization of public consciousness).
The thematic issue brought to your attention «Sacral space of Eurasia: semiotics, historical and cultural heritage» represents a collection of article in which scientific research of Kazakhstani and Russian authors on the specified perspective is reflected.
I.N. Kalanchina (Barnaul) in the article «Belukha — is a Spatial Axis of Eurasia» reflects on the highest top of Altay Mountains – Belukha as about a unique cultural and natural shrine not only Euroasian, but also planetary scale. Other authors present the researches of the sacral meanings of the objects relating to layers of cultural memory of various depth, but having essential value for institutionalization of modern culture. So, E.A. Belekova (the Russian Federation, Gorno-Altaysk) writes about a phenomenon of «the Ukok princess» from the point of view of its cultural importance which the wide public response, followed its discovery. N.O. Tadysheva (the Russian Federation, Gorno-Altaysk) investigates sacral space of a traditional Altay aiyl. F.P. Grigoriev, A.S. Ualtayeva, B.A. Zheleznyakov (RK, Almaty) draw the attention of readers to monuments of lamaistsky cult in Zhetysu – Tamgalytas and Kaysha. Z.T. Sadvokasova (RK, Almaty) investigates how questions of education are reflected in heritage of the Alash intelligence which passion energy has considerable influence on formation of shape of modern Kazakhstani culture. K.A. Medeuova, U. Sandybayeva (RK, Astana) tell about the results of the scientific research in the article «Sacral geography in Kazakhstan: commemorative policy of the state and local practicians in public spaces».
The section «Raundtalk» opens the course and contents of the reports expressed within the seminar «An echo of memory of political repressions». The action took place on May 31, 2018 in S. Amanzholov EKSU.
In the section «Article-submission» materials of research of the famous Russian scientist V.I. Dyatlov «Cross-border migrants in Russia: dynamics of language of the description» are placed. Also the article of A.K. Bulgynbayeva, the doctoral candidate of specialty «History» of S. Amanzholov EKSU, in which the materials of contemporary records on stories of East Kazakhstan in the XX century realization of the Soviet policy for religious workers and mullahs in the 1920th years, is published in the issue.
